I recently visited Spoleti in Pflugerville for a cut and color, with my stylist, Anna Walker. I was very nervous with the color, because it was so dark while it was processing. Anna was very encouraging and reassuring that the color would be just fine. She said not be worried, she has used the brand before and was confident I would like the outcome. She was right, my hair looks and feels amazing!!!! Already booked my next appointment. Thanks Anna!!
I visited today around 4:00 PM as a walk-in, and from the moment I stepped inside, I was met with the warmest welcome. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She let me know they were able to take walk-ins and immediately helped me find the earliest available slot. The whole process was fast, smooth, and made me feel genuinely taken care of.
When I returned at 5:30 PM for my appointment, Michael greeted me with such warmth and professionalism.
