I needed a next-day, early morning inspection done for a fast close. I contacted Donnie late Friday afternoon and he agreed to come out first thing the next day at 8:30am.He was so easy to work with, pleasant, thorough and followed through with everything he said he was going to get back to us and when. There were lots of things noted on the inspection (30 pages!) but I appreciate that Donnie was not an alarmist - like there were some foundation flags, but he said it was easily fixable. Everything seemed straight forward and when I had questions, Donnie was very helpful in answering.I'm so thankful I found him and will absolutely use him again and highly recommend!

Easy to schedule, reasonable pricing, and Donnie gave lots of great tips to my partner and I as first time home owners/buyers. He also emailed our report to us same day despite being scheduled late in the evening. Will definitely recommend to others!
