Brent is always very responsive and shows up when he says he will. He is totally knowledgeable and knows what the problem is after a short troubleshooting. We use him for all our HVAC needs at all our houses. Don't waste your time calling another company, Brent Pfluger is the best!

I first reached out to Brent as a new homeowner at the referral of a neighbor, and I'm so glad that I did. I hired Brent to check on my A/C unit twice a year. He was always communicative, and always on time (if not early)!

I highly recommend this company. After our AC went out, my wife and I called a few different repair companies/contractors, but nobody ever called us back. Brent was the only person to answer and was completely honest letting me know he was booked up that day and wouldn't be able to come out till the next afternoon.He also said if I wanted to try to find anyone who could come out that day he understood, but I could call him back if needed.
