Be careful with Peak Dental!

This is a rudderless business with have no management and therefore no communication.

Dr. Luis Oraca and Dr. Zizi who first saw me have since vanished and left their clients to deal with their mess.

Keisha the office manager for the north location who promised to help track someone down for us to at least get our money back has also decided to take the same direction and told us there was nothing they could do nor would she put us in contact with anyone.

I have been passed around the over 2 years with my Invisalign treatment and have made no attempt to resolve the issue.

Great! That is until now. My issue has not been addressed by anyone in several 3. Colton left in January and no one was aware he was working my issue. I know this because I drove over 19 hrs from Indiana to see him just before Thanksgiving, just to out he left in January. It is now December and still nothing. No one has contacted me.
I believe next steps are in order.

First time I went I was pleased as the staff and dentist were kind and friendly. I had an serious infection and they took care of me quick. Unfortunately, I'm currently unemployed and without insurance, so the best they could do was write me a script for antibiotics. Fast forward a month, still no job. I called to see if they would write another script for antibiotics. Nope. I had to come in. I explained my situation, but i had to get work done in order to get a script. It's just infuriates me that they're more concerned about making money than taking care of someone who can't pay 1k in dental work.
