I had an excellent experience with Benny, the owner of Main Muffler LLC. He provided a fair and transparent estimate over the phone, which made it easy to schedule an appointment with confidence. When we arrived, Benny took the time to discuss different options for a muffler delete and clearly explained the pros and cons before moving forward.
The work was completed faster than the original time estimate, without sacrificing quality. After learning that Benny has over 30 years of experience, it was clear why—his proficiency and expert fabrication skills truly stand out. The craftsmanship was clean, precise, and exactly what we were looking for.
If I could give Ben more than 5 stars I would. Brought my own aftermarket part for him to install. He took the time annd explained to me every details super helpful. In the end he charged me an honest price no bs like other shops were quoting me.
