I am very disappointed. The worst customer service. Lilly was the tech that did my nails. This lady has no respect none whatsoever. I was told that I was picky and was rushed. My nails were crooked and uneven. She kept giving me attitude and was aggressive when holding my hand.I called on Monday and complained to manager. Her name is Kim. I explained to her what happened and she asked to come in to get this fixed. I went in the next day and she took care of me. The service was Amazing. I'm glad I called.Thank You Kim and her techs.
First time customer and extremely happy with the services! I just moved into town and have been worried about finding a new salon because I’m extremely picky when it comes to my nails. Helen did my gel pedicure and did an amazing job. She was very attentive and detail-oriented. Tony did my SNS manicure and matched the reference photo I showed him perfectly.
