I have been going to for whole body cryotherapy 5-6 times per week for over a year now and this quick treatment has helped enormously with foot pain that I have struggled with for years. Prior to cryotherapy, I did exercises and stretches which gave me some relief, but the cryotherapy has really been a wonderful contribution to eliminating pain and improving my quality of life. The staff and space are welcoming, friendly & caring and I recommend this business wholeheartedly.

Gave the Celluma Red Light therapy a try yesterday for some shoulder pain/inflammation from many years of baseball usage. Looking forward to coming in more regularly for this and other treatments to help my body recover! Also, Monica and Kelly were so nice and inviting it made me feel right at home! Thank you again! This place is a hidden gem! I found a Groupon and decided to buy the 3 session package for the cryotherapy. This is a small location but it had a lot to offer. The front desk lady was very nice and took us on a tour of the amenities. They have infrared treatments, spot cryotherapy, and some other services. My son and I went to the cryotherapy chamber. My only complaint is we didn’t get to stay in for the full amount 3 minutes, because of their policy to only 2 minutes for first time customers. Either way I plan to go back! Highly recommend!
