Absolutely exceptional service! I couldn’t be happier with the results from this carpet cleaning company. They were on time, professional, and incredibly thorough. My carpets look brand new—stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and everything smells fresh and clean. I highly recommend Steam IT if you’re looking for exceptional service, friendly staff, and quality results. My husband first spoke with the owner, Mike, who went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. We were closing on a new home and unsure exactly when we’d get the keys, but Mike was incredibly flexible and understanding.

On the day of service, Eddie—who handled our cleaning—was just as professional and patient. He called that morning and told me to simply reach out an hour before we were ready for him to arrive.
