The company was recommended by my daughter. Called to make an appointment, they were very efficient asked the right questions and was very prepared when technician arrived. Except for being a little bit on the expensive side, perhaps that's the going prices, I don't know, the technician that came out was very professional very nice, Explained to me what is happening. Did a great job in minimum time, he fixed everything, and so far I'm pleased. I would definitely call him first if you have an issue.
I use Austin Air Conditioning for many years in both installation and regular maintenance. They provide excellent service. Today we had a mechanical issue and Austin Air responded quickly. Jackson arrived on time and resolved our issue in no time.
Decided to have our A/C checked out because our secondary pan was filling up with water. Discovered that the problem was a leaky plenum. The technician (Evan Ahr) who came out was very professional and provided us with useful information on keeping our A/C running properly.
