Every team member greeted with us, shared a some personal humor and put us at ease. It has that old small town feel and not the rushed in rushed out atmosphere. The Vet and the attendee took time to get to know us and what we were experiencing. We have a special needs pup and the Vet screened through all the documents we had asked questions before ever making any judgement calls. “I visited Round Rock Animal Hospital yesterday for my dog's chronic coughing and current respiratory issues. Dr. McConkey was so kind and careful with my very anxious dog, and I really appreciated that he listened to my concerns and wasn't rushing me out, which happens so often at doctor offices these days. He gave me some options, and even checked on some specialist costs for me. I was also surprised at the cost of the entire visit--it was much less than I was expecting. I also love that RRAH is so close to my home. Highly recommended!“

She is a brilliant woman that takes the time to explain things to animal owners in a way they can understand.
