They were booked through american home shield twice. I cant remember the first gentleman‘s name because that was about a year ago, but most recently it was Roman: Roman fixed my dishwasher and it is working just fine to date. The previous technician fixed my refrigerator and it also is working perfectly to date. No complaints regarding scheduling, transparency, or attention to detail. They have been a huge help being that we are quite reliant on our appliances in this coddled existence.
