Ordered a new outboard from Northeast Marine in Clearwater Florida. Delivery was to central Texas via AAA Cooper. Delivery was completed in five days and outboard arrived strapped to a pallet with no damage. Driver was friendly and courteous. Could not ask for better service.

I was going to call and complain about a driver riding y a$$ but then I saw the ratings ! Trailer number 20194
He was in the no truck lane for the better part of round rock to Georgetown!

Not sure why I'm giving 2 stars, guess I don't want to be dramatic. We had a Home Depot order delivery via this company and they kept telling us delivery would be between 11-4 for 3 days in a row. When we finally called Aaa Cooper to ask when we would get our order they said, tomorrow between 11-4. According to them, it arrived too late to go in the truck the day before. Next day when there was another no-show, I called and they said they could not deliver the order because it was "too big". I explained that it was 50 pieces of 8ft baseboard and they must've known that when they contracted with Home Depot to deliver. She said, well, it's too big. They had to set up a "rescue delivery " for like 3 days later wherein they would deliver our baseboards to another competent delivery company. ‍ Once that happened, we received a text saying our order "was delivered" to our home. 2 hours of calls later and it appears the baseboards are now in the possession of a different delivery company. We still await their arrival...as do the installers we've paid to be at our house.
