I exlusively use Tide Cleaners (Pearland, TX location). The quality of the work and services provide is top notch. The attention to detail of custom requests when needed is reciprocated with top notch quality. I take great care of my wardrobe and Tide Cleaners does exactly that. How many Cleaners actually capture and document high-end fashion designers on ticket to ensure great care for type of garments? NONE! To be fare some describe Tide Cleaners' as expensive. They’re only getting a five-star rating because they guarantee a 24-hour turnaround time. I live in Webster, Texas, and had to drive quite a distance because this is the only place in the area that offers this service...can we all agree that’s ridiculous?
Both times I went in, the staff was really nice. The process was very simple, though it was a little pricey. And I’m very cheap. Still, I truly needed the items dry-cleaned immediately, and I couldn’t wait, so I paid for the convenience of getting it done fast. No regrets.

Very professional assistant both in dropping off items. My request to pay attention to details was honored. My pickup was outstanding. Attendant recognized me just by pulling up and had my items available the minute I walked through the door. Outstanding
