I’ve been getting my husband’s work shirts dry cleaned here for a while now. Very friendly and fast service. Ready for pick up next day. No issues. I’m surprised by the low star rating. Also had my bridesmaid dress altered here and did a good job for fair price.
I’d like to say I never had any issues with this business for 2 years living in pearland & the owner is very kind. I moved from pearland back to the east coast in November, I noticed my jeans had some burns, I called in and the owner said to bring them back to show him. I wish I could but I’m not flying back just for this inconvenience. Luckily I have a warm trip approaching because I probably wouldn’t have noticed. I’m checking my other clothes & my shirts have burns and I’m extremely frustrated because my things aren’t cheap. I don’t know what happened in November 2023 but these jeans are $1150. Of all the places that get credit, let's not leave out TC Cleaners. Get it Dry Cleaned, get it steamed, pressed or wash and folded. 10 shirts lightly starched and ready when promised which means I am ready for action. Very friendly and courteous staffing. Just so you know, they don't have to just be my cleaners, I am willing to share, so they can be yours too. Until next time, Bye-Bye!
