I got to meet the owner and he is a swell guy! we talk for a bit and i really enjoy his company and his wisdom on how to use the self cleaning options ( it's my first time ) he showed me the long handle and the blue bristles and where the soap comes out of . I was needing to wash off bird poop so he gave me pointers on the best way to remove the grime/ smudges on my Avalon

Unfortunately the brushless bay that I paid at had some debris lodged in it preventing me from using it. That being said this was resolved quickly by the owner and was refunded my original car wash.Prior to this event I’ve not had any issues in the years coming here.
