I don’t understand why the reviews are so negative. I had a very positive experience. So there is an alteration place next door to Jill’s. After getting my suit altered for my brother in laws wedding they delivered it to Jill’s at 12am (midnight) and the next day by 10:30am it was cleaned to perfection. All the employees were nice and pleasant. No attitude or weirdo vibes it was all great service. Had I listened to reviews I would’ve never known. I’ll definitely be coming back. I say try them out and get a feel for them on your own. Oh, and they are affordable my 3 piece suit was only $12 😅. Thank you Jill’s I appreciate everything. The article of clothing I left with Jill’s Cleaners looked better before than after service. It was returned wrinkled and disheveled. When I brought it to their attention they could have care less and made no attempt to make it better. Attendant needs to be more courteous and attentive.I will never recommend this place!!!

Pay in advance and get a great price. One day service if you get there before 10:00AM. The drive-through window works well if there are no people in front otherwise it may be quicker to walk in.
