For the last 11 months, my left hamstring was getting worst due to over-compensating for weak left knee. The last 3 months my hamstring developed a very hard knot that no matter what stretch or massage I did, it would not go away. Last month, on a golf outing, a friend suggested to give Gameday Men’s Health shockwave therapy a try. The 1st treatment showed potential and hence, I signed up for 6 sessions. Now, I am very grateful for the suggestion as I am free from the nagging, constant throbbing tight muscle hamstring pain. It also helped my mobility and agility. I am able to walk much more upright and less limping. I feel young again! Thanks Gameday.
Ladies hear me out. It might say 'Mens' but we are welcomed. I felt so comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. They were so informative and helpful with all my questions. Would recommend.
Excited to be apart of the game day family. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful with answering any questions I had ..The nurse is AMAZING! And very knowledgeable ..10/10 definitely recommend
