Used to live near by when this place opened and would visit every month for a pedicure. So when I needed to find a place to take my 80 year old mom for a mani/pedi, I came here.
They were very patient with her and treated her with kindness and respect. She got shellac on hands and feet and loved them!

Not all of the techs are good at providing service. I guess with everything else you must specifically request a regular. This is the first time that I came in and received bad service. The lady providing the service was nice, but unable to do a simple pedicure. She cut my toenails too short and rounded them. I should have told her not too cut them too short and to cut them straight across leaving them long enough so that the corners lie loosely against the skin. She also started cutting them with a cuticle clipper instead of a toe nail. I had to stop her. This was clipper. I assumed all techs knew this, but let this be a lesson to you me. Three stars given because she was nice and she really tried hard to do what I asked, but she could not.

Love to take my granddaughters here and have the full service. I would have to say that Q is all of our favorites and we have to draw for who gets her. As the Poppy, who do you think always wins(lol). Me and my ladies really enjoy visiting with Q
