I had a great experience I was able to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in in less than 24 hours this was important,because I had a hair emergency and someone else had to cancel because of a personal emergency. Everyone was friendly and the picture I brought in is the style I walked out with. The shop with Calm with AC Booming Everyone was extremely polite and when I come to Houston again I will definitely patronize this shop. And to top it off my hair is tight and my head does not hurt🥰
