2 yrs ago this December I visited Touch of Class with hair dresser Lore Baker. She had not wanted to do my hair as I wanted highlights and have very long hair. I talked her into it and went in and wound up with a full bleach job, not "highlights." She burned my hair so bad that now I cannot wear a ponytail without hair spray (I do not use product in my hair) as if the wind blows, I appear to have a lion's mane. My hair is way down my back and took a long time to grow out all one length and now if I were to cut my hair 2 inches long over my whole head, I might get it all one length...it is so disheartening and so hard to do anything with!!
