I definitely recommend 12 Bravo. I had a full roof replacement on my two story home. They did quality work and had an attentive on site project manager following the job. They also repaired damaged soffits and fascia around the house. I was very pleased with their salesmen, quoting process, detailed communications, and their accessibility. They answered all my questions promptly and had great documentation to keep the process fair for both parties. They also provided reasonable recommendations to make repairs on discovery items and corrected small issues I found promptly. I had a Fortified Certified roof installed at the recommendation of my insurance company. 12 Bravo was able to provide this certification at a reasonable cost and did all the paperwork for me resulting in a significant discount on my premium.
