I filed my tax return with Wall Street Income Tax over TWO YEARS ago, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Throughout this nightmare, I had to constantly call and chase them for updates because they never reached out to me on their own. Each time, they promised to handle things, but all they did was have me sign paperwork and power of attorney forms—only to do absolutely NOTHING with the IRS.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! I had an exceptional experience with Owner Mr. Ali and his team with my taxes. My taxes were complicated and Mr. Ali took his time to explain me everything. Words cannot express my gratitude for him going above and beyond. I arrived up to my appointment about 15 minutes early, and just as I got there, he was finishing up with a client and was able to see me right away. Mr. Ali displayed not just remarkable honesty but also professionalism and friendliness. I highly don’t recommend this place I went in to get a letter notarized and the manager/owner older man was very rude to his employees and myself. I honestly I needed my document notarized asap if not I wouldn’t have done it. Plus it wasn’t the employees fault on how the manager/owner treated all of us staff & me the client. Never will I ever get any type of service there done again.
