⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Vision I Care! The customer service was excellent, friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The whole process was fast and smooth, and what really impressed me was the follow-up afterward. They checked in on me to make sure everything was going well and that I was taken care of. That extra level of care really shows how much they value their patients. Highly recommend!

I give 3 stars only for the eye ezam. Highly recommend the eye docter there and would give her 5 stars there but that is about it. They need to be more upfront about prices. Was charged $120 for the eye ezam. Was told they need to dilate my eyes after the exam which they did not and nobody said anything about being charged another $65 just to put some drops in your eyes which I never would have done if I knew how much they where going to charge extra. Felt like they where just charging me extra because I didn't like or buy any glasses from them and asked for the prescription instead which I have always got a copy of my prescription from past eye doctors.
