I love this man because he is honest he does great work and he could make it happen if you’re in a bind. I can’t tell you how much he has helped us navigate things in real estate transactions, home Inspections, Pest Control, or our own home. I've been using Ismael from Thermal Service for my A/C fixes since hurricane Ike wrecked my home in 2008 and there is no other company I would turn to for A/C help.
He's super quick to respond, usually showing up in a day or less – even on a Sunday when it is sweltering outside. Plus, I also really appreciate how he takes the time to explain what he's doing—I like knowing how things work.
His prices are fantastic and fair. He is honest about what needs fixing and what it will cost – and he works fast.
