Everything was great....John was on time....The fee was reasonable. My only complaint is that there was no kind of documentation (Virtual or otherwise) offered by the driver to verify services. I had to give my vehicle & keys to someone I didn't know without supporting documentation. It was a weird feeling.

Called for a quote to get a jump for my car. Was down the road at Walmart, in the parking lot. They told me $89 for the service call, which I had to pay over the phone with my card. PLUS $20-40 for the jump itself. Needless to say, I didn't use their service.

this albanian dude (the tow truck driver) treated my pride and joy magnificent, i bottomed out on my chevy pick up because my compressor went out so i couldn't air up my truck, so it was hard & difficult to get on the tow truck.. having the frame of my truck inches away from the ground since i have airbags. but dude took care of me!!
