I went in to get a perm my hair was halfway to my back in length, she looked at my hair and did the perm, once finished she said oh no you have highlights? She should have seen that so it didn’t hold the perm, I came back and she wanted to reperm my hair even though it was all dead and breaking off I said no, so she trimmed off the dead about 3 inches, I went to tnt to get my hair olaplex treatment and the lady showed me how bad she layered my hair was completely jagged, I had to pay 100 dollars for treatment and for another haircut, so I lost a few inches for nothing in the process. I’m beyond mad.
