The service at this location is okay, but the pick up method for online orders isn’t the most efficient imo. There have been times where we’ve had to go inside to get items even though we select the curbside option. Not complaining about customer service because they are friendly, but maybe the alert system is not the most reliable?
I had such an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to two wonderful associates! Stephanie spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect foundation. She tried different options on me, never got frustrated, and made the whole process fun. Her personality is so warm and welcoming—I honestly almost wanted to take her home with me! She’s such a great seller and truly made me feel confident in my purchase. I loved her.
Sarai was also incredible! She helped me and my third-grade son pick out a good cologne for him and was so patient throughout the process. She made it a fun and comfortable experience for both of us.

Sephora is a very good store for skin care and cosmetics. Although the staff is very helpful and kind, the tester are kinda dirty.. I do like this place for my perfumes and body mists the staff are so nice and helpful to everyone's needs. Overall this place is pretty good for shopping for you skin, hair, and makeup products but be aware of the testers.
