I’ve been coming to this office for years. Now we lived to Katy and I still love them so I called them and asked if I could order my older sons glasses and sunglasses through the phone. I emailed Brenda the prescription and paid over the phone. Both her and Thomas were so helpful, they have wonderful customer service. I emailed them a UPS prepaid label and they shipped them to us. Thank you both for all of your help! I really appreciate it.

Dr. Cook has been taking care of me and my sons eyes for more than 15 years. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything to us. We trust her and feel welcomed when we visit. Always precise prescriptions and worth the drive from Baytown. The front desk changes a lot but we haven't had any issues with them.

9 or so yrs ago I purchased glasses (progressive lens) from here (Fairmont Parkway Pasadena location) - as well as glasses for my three sons. My glasses were fairly pricey on a tight budget, but I had help from family, and I was told they would be worth it. We have since moved away, and the boys have grown and moved on. And I have had 4 pairs of glasses since, but I have never worn them after a week or so... I always went back to the pair I purchased from this Pearle location because I could see better in them and they had NO distortion!. Sadly now, the frame is mis-shapened and is cracked at the ear piece, and the lenses are no longer the right prescription by a mile,... read full review
