Dr. Cook is caring and attentive. Always open to questions and understanding. We've been going here for years and even when we lived out of state - we would make it a point to go see her when we returned to Houston. Awesome selection of frames too!

I’ve been coming to this office for years. Now we lived to Katy and I still love them so I called them and asked if I could order my older sons glasses and sunglasses through the phone. I emailed Brenda the prescription and paid over the phone. Both her and Thomas were so helpful, they have wonderful customer service. I emailed them a UPS prepaid label and they shipped them to us. Thank you both for all of your help! I really appreciate it.

Dr. Cook has been taking care of me and my sons eyes for more than 15 years. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything to us. We trust her and feel welcomed when we visit. Always precise prescriptions and worth the drive from Baytown. The front desk changes a lot but we haven't had any issues with them.
