I don’t like going to the dentist but ACD was a different dental place that i had experienced. The staff were pleasant and made me feel comfortable . The Dentist was also very professional and did a great job i have no anxiety or fear of going to ACD again .
I had used Dr. Vo several years ago for a partial, after having to have my teeth removed for health reasons I was seen by another Dentist that the oral surgeon used and they did an awful job with a complete set of upper and lower dentures. So now that my gums and bone loss has accrued there was No Doubt that Dr. Vo was who I was going to use to replace what I was given, Dr. Vo and his Staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure I was in comfort and satisfied with the end result. Nikita was FABULOUS! I loved that she really seemed and showed how she cared about my comfort level. I can deal with SOME pain.. but I'm not good with SHARP pain.. and the numbing block seemed to wesr off quicker than expected towards the bottom half. She took note of that and made me as comfortable as possible. She was very sweet with me being a new patient! The office was CLEAN and the front staff was nice and welcoming. I was very pleased with my first time and am READY to go back to complete what couldn't be this visit.
