I went in this morning had an appointment with Dr Gibson 10 am very RUDE respeseptionist in front only person in front desk anyway I didn't get seen because she told me visit was $90 she said she called me told it was going b $90 I told her no she u didn't nobody contacted my phone left voice-mail or anything I had catch uber up here because my husband works all week I'm look for another eye Dr don't want go back inside this place always busy my first visit end up had wait over an hour to get seen in back I do not not recommend this eye coastal to anyone unless like dealing with RUDE staff it's sad I have diabetes very unsatisfied I ask if I can pay the amount the next...read full review

Office experience was awful, women felt entirely entitled. The receptionist has the mind set of an 8 year old child. And the ability to focus is extremely challenging some would stay the struggle is real. But over all management DOES NOT CARE!!

Extremely rude personnel over the phone, after a very long wait she gave me an attitude and recommended me to go elsewhere because my issue could be treated by an optometrist or at an ER, since they were fully booked for the next few days. I don't have eye insurance to see an optomestrist and my family doctor referred me to an ophthalmologist in stead, so I called another office, Eye Center of Texas which representative was incredibly nice and they will see me this week.
