The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. I thought I was gonna have to replace my laptop. 4kElectronics picked up my laptop and returned it to me fixed in less than 24 hours !!! My laptop works great and the price for the repair was very reasonable!

Responded quickly to my inquiry on getting a few sets of headphones cleaned. He restored them to a like new level of sound without having to scratch the plastic outer shell of the earbuds
