I came in to TitleMax today needing a small loan and with the help of ms Paula got actually way more than I expected and she was very thorough and easily understandable with the information and expectations
Courtney is awesome explaining everything so it's very understandable.
Definitely never wanna get a car title loan being it's a little nervous dealing but she does a great job making things a little less stressful.
I got a courtesy call yesterday from Sophia for welcoming me of being a loyal customer in the past with Title Max. She offered and asked if I was looking to get another Title loan or personal loan. I took her upon her offer and she was extraordinarily awesome. She was patient and helpful and talked with purity and kindness. Then upon today I got a courtesy call from Courtney to thank me for paying a visit with them yesterday and see did things go smoothly or as expected. I can say they have done an awesome job with the employees within the Paris location now. Keep up the great work!
