Absolutely horrible service, they say they will call to check on patient during the week and they never have. They never check my wife’s wounds from hip replacement or back surgery and in the letter they sent they say it’s a service they provide and do when they come to our home. They check vitals that’s about 2 minutes and then 10 minutes on tablet then they leave. They was to also PT for wife’s hip and I was told they was staffed up enough so it probably wouldn’t happen. They get fired on next visit 02/06/23

I am in my hometown to visit my parents for a week, and my father is experiencing diabetic neuropathy which requires regular wound checks and dressing changes for his feet.I was present when Nina arrived and was able to observe her interactions with my (at times) very stubborn father.Today’s nurse, Nina approached the entire experience with calm professionalism, kindness, and education. She answered his and my questions and provided a lot of peace and education to help me understand what he’s experiencing and what he can do to help improve his symptoms.I live across the country and worry about my parents’ health, and knowing that they are being seen regularly by an organization that employs such kind and patient nursing staff.I can’t overstate how much peace it brings me to know that there are people who take caring for our seniors to heart. Thank you for what you do.
