Pools & More is a pool maintenance, repair, and installation company. They are known for their quality work and commitment to customer satisfaction. Murray and his team have done pools for customers and they have been extremely satisfied with the end result as well as the professionalism shown during the process. His employees are so respectful of your property and always make sure to communicate with you. The customer service and crew were top notch! It was such a pleasure working with Pools & More - they are now the go to people! They are thankful for their service. Pools & More provides quality work and excellent customer service. They offer a range of services, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
We have been customers of Pools & More for nine years. Our pool is ~ 13 years old, and the weather was beginning to take a toll on the concrete stained deck, coping, and tiles. In May of 2023, we contracted with Pools & More to patch, refinish, and re-stain our entire deck. This was a significant job. In April of 2024, we contracted once more with Pools & More to repair, re-seat, and/or replace all of the coping. Additionally, cracked tiles were replaced, and all of the tiles were re-grouted. Lastly, the mastic between the coping and the deck had to be replaced. Overall, this was a huge job that took about two weeks. In terms of pricing, we worked directly with the owner, Murray Fasken for both jobs. The estimates were turned around promptly, were fairly priced, and were straight forward about what would (and would not) be performed. In terms of the actual repair work, we could not be more satisfied! In both instances, the crews had the highest work ethic and commitment to quality. There were a few instances where some unanticipated issues were discovered. Neal Holt pointed out the concerns and took extra steps in the repair process to compensate for them. This ensured an overall quality job. As an aside, during all of this, Tina and Kevin came out and performed a sand swap on our filter. This company and the employees & contractors that work for it are people of integrity that are committed to quality. Murray followed up with me multiple times via phone, and Neal was onsite to ensure the construction was going according to plan. There is no need to go anywhere else for any type of pool construction or repair... these are you people. We feel very fortunate to have a company of this caliber in Paris.
