The staff is great and everyone from the doctors, nurses, and nurses aids to food prep and delivery are amazing, kind, and understanding. The physical therapists are very friendly and help patients tremendously. The meals are delicious and the building is clean. Major changes have been noticed in a positive way, with a very caring staff that shows a passion for their job.
My daughter was recently seen through the ER. Dr Dumore was the treating physician and went above and beyond to make sure we had excellent care in a timely manner! The nursing staff was AMAZING! Kudos to all from the ER,Pre-op,Post-op, and med surg! Each new area met us with kindness and a passion for their job! Those are two things that can’t be bought! They are a gift in their profession! Major changes were seen since the last time we have had to go to the ER there and as a nurse myself I can honestly say the changes are GREAT! Was very disturbed by the nurses constantly touching things, and didn't wash her hands afterward. Saw one particular nurse have gloves on, touch everything, drawers, trash can lid THEN touch the patient with those same gloves on! Staff need to use better hand hygiene and to constantly change their gloves, especially before touching a patient
My husband had a procedure in the cath lab, today, at PRMC. Everyone was very professional & courteous. We appreciate our top notch 4th floor nurses & CNA Allison, Jacie & Stacie. Also Melissa, Brittany & Kendrick from the heart cath lab as well as Dr. Hashmi.
