My wife and I have been using them for a while and they have always been great there. They are very helpful at doing what they can for you with loans that can help you with various things like debt consolidation, building your credit, vacation money, or whatever. We've just done smaller unsecured loans with them, but I believe you can do larger secured loans also. As long as you treat them right (payments on time, etc) they'll treat you right.
