Let me tip my hat to the Paris, Texas staff! They go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. From the front office staff to the respiratory therapy tech to management. They are top notch. Unfortunately, I must stay the corporate folks in FL are less than helpful the two times I've tried to address errors...the most recent they said I didn't return a CPAP headset (which was not the style I have used for the last 8-10 years) due to an error on their part. Because they have an undisclosed policy of returns within 60 days, they would not provide the needed headgear and gel frame for my NuancePro! I do think this is fraud because I returned the items (2 packages)...read full review

I have been a patient for 25 years. Never considered changing. They are so helpful all the time. They have gotten me out of so many binds with my equipment. Giving me loaners when my cpap wasn't up for replacement but broken. They took care of me from another location 6 hours away, giving me a loaner there, too. I always feel I have a safety net with them. Besides that, the staff is always so nice and helpful, even the delivery guy, that has been the same guy forever!!

Staff in the Paris office are fantastic. Every time I have called they have been very responsive and helpful. Needed service and supplies are handled quickly and correctly, even though I live out in a rural area over 60 miles from the Paris office. Highly recommend them for oxygen and CPAP/BIPAP supplies.
