Anytime a family has to replace a HVAC, cost alone can make it a little scary and intimidating. Our mother is in her 80's, our family has been in Paris for some time dating back to the first linen and diaper service. Called about 3pm on Saturday 6/13/2020 and was told it would be around 7:30 before someone could come. Lane Preas arrived at 7:55 pm and stayed till 10 pm to fix a blown fuse, transformer, and shorted out electric wire. Lane was very professional and went out of his way to get our old unit working again. This is the 3rd time I have used Jamar and each time I have been extremely satisfied. Would confidently recommend them for any HVAC service.
