Had them come out to Honey Grove and swap out a toilet! The job was done properly but we were stunned when they charge us $600. Lesson, get price before you allow them to do the job! We provided the new toilet!

Great workers, always very polite and professional. A bit pricy but my leak was repaired without me having to do it. Only bad thing is there is no schedule for dispatch. Your name goes on a board and they work by going to an area, if you are in that area you get a great crew to fix your issue. I have used them twice and will continue, my avg wait from calling in to arrival is about 9 - 10 days and I live in Deport, so probably not that much work inmy geographical area. Cost and wait keepsMe from giving 5 stars.

We had just bought our Home in 6-17-2021 & our Hot Water Heater went out 6-21-2021 I called Exum. They put in a New Water Heater & told me I had a 5 Year warranty. A Year or so later a Part for the Water Heater started Leaking & when Exum came out they told me the Part was not under the warranty. It took them under 5 minutes to Replace the Part & charged me $245.00. I will Not use them Aagain. I should have been told I wouldbe charged a $195.00 Service charge even though they are the ones who put the Water Heater in. Use Malone's Plumbing.Services: Water heater repair
