Ok. So this took me a while to get to, but here it is. I cannot find the words to express what Alana Winegeart & Winegeart Funeral Home mean to our family. We have lost to key family members in the past six months & I don't know what we would have done without them. Alana & the entire Winegeart Funeral family treated us like family. First, the funeral home itself is not only in a home, but has the most peaceful feeling when you enter it & they make you feel at home. And, that alone is much different than the other local funeral home. Next, they want to help make difficult times less difficult(both personally & financial). Alana went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure we got every penny from a preneed we moved over(that the other guys told us was worthless). And finally, in a time when social distancing could have kept so many family members & friends from being able to be at the service & pay their respects, they were very tech-savvy. People were able not only pay their respect online, but they live-streamed the entire service, so family far & wide(even in Hawaii) could "be there!" And, we were told by many, many people that the quality of the live-stream was unmatched by any other they had seen. My sister, Kim said she does not know what they would have done without these amazing people. And, at one of the darkest moments of her life, both she & her husband were going to set up their preneeds there, too, but Alana told her to wait. Kim said that if she has anything to do with it, none of her family or friends will ever use another funeral home. Again...we cannot thank Alana & her crew enough for everything she/they did for us! What a blessing they all are! ❤❤❤
