I contacted Texas Plains in regards to gutter installation. I received a quote, and agreed to move forward with the job. The lack of communication is concerning. I found out after initiating contact that the install had been pushed back another week. Taking my business elsewhere.

Nick Robbins and the team go the extra mile to stay up to date on the latest products, techniques, and industry advances, most recently attending the International Roofing Expo. As the founder of Claim, Inc. out of Austin, I am always looking to partner with excellent commercial and high-end residential contractors leading the way in this industry. With Texas Plains Roofing, I found just that.

When the rain hit at 9pm, we called up Nick who immediately helped us temporarily solve the issue. He was at our house bright and early the next morning (which also happened to be Father's Day!) to resolve the issue. Being a homeowner is stressful, especially when you have a limited knowledge about major things like roofing, and we have piece of mind knowing that Nick and his crew are there no matter how big or small the issue is and no matter what time of the day or night we need them!
Thanks Texas Plains Roofing! We will never use anyone else for all of our roofing needs!
