Customers appreciate the clean environment and the good work on services like pedicures and dip powder nails. Many find the staff to be sweet and skilled, making it a top choice in the area. However, some mention issues with communication, such as not being spoken to upon arrival or being charged extra without notice. Overall, Nail Experts is highly recommended for quality nail care and a welcoming atmosphere.
This is my favorite nail salon in Pampa. They always take their time and do such a great job!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value, used dirty utensils, nail files/buffer Was just really disappointed in ordering the deluxe $58 pedicure and then being told after that there was a $20 charge for gel polish. Being that there were three of us there, that turned into a way more expensive trip than I intended. A bottle of gel polish doesn't even cost $20 so how they justify charging that is beyond me, and it was $20 each, feet and hands,, so $80 extra dollars just for polish. The ladies were also rude and made no effort at conversation other than with eachother. 10/10 will not be going back. They also used a buffer and nail file that was clearly already used on a prior client so not sanitary at all. Services: Manicures, Pedicures, Gel manicure
