He's not well known in my area. He's an older cowboy vet,easy going, open minded and a good listener. He's reasonable on his prices. Doesn't rush you I will only be going to him from now and on. Some of the others are gauging people on their prices. And I understand needing to make a living at what you do. But some of them are very greedy.

Dr. Horne was exactly what I'm looking for in a vet: gentle, kind, knowledgeable, observant, and more about the animal than recommending large doses of expensive medications. Unlike other vets in my area, he was willing to answer all my questions and did not think me rude for asking them, supportive of my feeding whole foods and willing to work with me to help a litter of stray kittens. My kitty I brought in, thinking he would not make it thru the night, is eating on his own and purring happily 10 days later!!! Reasonable prices! HE'S THE VET I'VE ONLY DREAMED OF HERE UNTIL NOW!!! A complete blessing!!!

Fantastic veterinarian! Saved our dogs life after he got parvo. He even saw us without an appointment when no other veterinarian in Pampa would see us without an appointment! Very respectful and reasonable prices. Thank you for saving our dogs life!
