The owner Mr Muñoz being a professional income tax preparer wrote down the incorrect return address for my income tax return for 2019 it has been a year already and haven’t received it,every time I ask him to help me to resolve this issue he always either blames it on the pandemic or the IRS having delays. I also sense frustration in his tone of voice when I call him very politely to help me out ? most unfortunately really need this money.

Ordered 2 footlongs at the drive through tonight: 1 tuna with red onions, lettuce & oil; 1 meatball marinara with mozzarella cheese, red onions, and mayo. The tuna sub came with very very little tuna, no red onions and tons of lettuce. The meatball marinara had no red onions, no cheese and black olives which I am highly allergic to. In a county with a shelter in place order where restaurants are closed except for carryout and drive through, there were no other customers around, so that cannot be their excuse. Total waste of time and money.

Been three times. Skimp on ingredients every time! Tell them what and how I’d like it made, and right before my eyes, disregard what I’ve asked for! Unlike Subway’s experienced. Subway has new menu items. Employees don’t know how to make them!
