I have had a great experience with every appt I have had with Karlie Cason PA-C, at US Dermatology! My appt this week was very “multi-faceted”, taking care of previous issues, addressing new issues, as well as asking advice on future skin care… and Ms Cason was super patient, taking Time and showing Concern, as well as being very Knowledgeable, to address ALL of the Above, that I needed to have done and/or discuss! I have also found this “Patience, Compassion and Knowledge” to be consistent, with Every Visit there; so I always feel comfortable enough “Asking All the Questions” I need to Ask, no matter how short or how long it may make my visit, and these qualities are tough to find (consistently) in the Medical Field these days! Her Nursing Staff, as well as the Front Desk are just as friendly and helpful as well! Kudos to the Team, both in Palestine and in Tyler, for making “tough procedures/decisions” easier on Us! ~Jody Nealy
