Called Palestine Air &Heat this morning at 8am. Technician called me back with in an hour! Palestine Air & Heat will always be my go to company. Technicians were very informative and broke down to me the issue of my furnace. Highly recommended these guys!

Just had a service call from Palestine Heat and Air. The heat pump in the front part of our house stopped working and they came by to fix it. They had installed it years before we bought the home and the technician saw that the problem was due to an installation error. He could have very easily charged us for the service call but did not. That is integrity. I will always use Palestine Heat and Air for my HVAC needs. Thank you.
