They did an amazing job in my nails, but for toes it was a different story!! They left an air pocket on my big toe so it didn’t dry all the way. And after I’ve noticed the bubble I noticed on my other foot some of the polish was scraped off, and I wait until they tell me I’m all good to leave the chair so idk how the drying didn’t work? It was my first time for my toes and my third for my nails. They do amazing designs on nails it’s just the toes for me it was a bad experience.
Today was my first time at Koi and I got the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time!! You are served with a delicious cup of fresh sweet fruit and your choice of drink. I loved it and my nails are so pretty they both did a beautiful job!! Highly Recommend!!
The pedicure I received was the signature pedicure, in which they went above and beyond. They gave a leg and foot massage and even did a face mask. I also got a manicure, in which I also got a hand massage, and they did acrylic nails for me with the cats eye nail polish. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I love the service I received, and will be coming back.
