This was my first time going to Kim's Nails & Spa. I didn't feel like I had to wait a lengthy amount of time, maybe 15-20 minutes. There were only 2 people staffing the place and two people were already there when I arrived about 4:40 pm on a Friday. The tech that did both my deluxe pedi and basic mani was the sweetest girl! She was very attentive to me and did a great job!

I'm new to town (state), and I can say I found my nail spot!! Kim was amazing!! I got exactly what I asked for. Took her time on my pedicure, made sure I was ok. Even though she was short staffed and had clients waiting, she did not rush (like most other shops). I am definitely returning 10/10

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to and hoping it will be my last. I started getting sculptured nails in 1980. I traveled quite a bit through my early years and had nails done in every big city and town it seems but the very best without a doubt are the ladies at Kim’s Nail Spa in Palestine, Texas! Thank y’all very much!
