Air Plus AC & Heating

Arrived at our vacation home to find our AC unit reporting a system malfunction. We called Air Plus and Shane called us back almost immediately. The weather was all over the place. Warm in the day and chilly at night. The 122 year old house was dropping into the low 50s at night so we definitely wanted a little heat. Well long story short, we had a problem that required ordering a new circuit board. Shane was able to bypass the board and give us heat until the new part arrived. When he returned with the part, and installed it before we even realized he was there! We called that am & had someone show up at 11am & Dustin was great & fixed the issue. He had a younger guy with him & they were quick,honest & friendly & affordable. We will be replacing the unit & calling u guys back.

These guys are awesome! I am a commercial real estate broker in the metroplex and had Shane go out to install a new system just north of Palestine in a building I leased. My tenant was 100% satisfied with Shane's knowledge, responsiveness, as well as overall customer service.
