Alfred from Ameri-Air was prompt in his response. He showed up on time and effectively diagnosed the issue. He had to drive an hour away to get the parts and had to reschedule his other maintenance appointment to accommodate me. He did a fantastic job in communicating the issue and fixing the problem. Alfred & Alex were extremely easy to work with! They were communicative throughout the diagnostic process, provided fair pricing, and are highly knowledgeable about AC installation and repair. It is evident they take great pride in the level of service they provide, which is a breath of fresh air after having worked with several other subpar cooling + air companies in the past. We now have a new HVAC unit installed and after about an hour or so after the installation process (fully completed in less than a business day) we can feel the huge difference in cooling already. We're looking forward to working with Ameri-Air in the future for regular maintenence and will absolutely be recommending them to our friends.
